We're here because we want to make it easier to understand the things that you see in the media, especially the things that you see on television. And because we want to provide you with tools to help you deal with the challenges of being a kid - like bullying and peer pressure, as well as squeezing time into your schedule to be active every day, because that's so important to do.
We know that while it's mostly fun being a kid, it's also sometimes tough, and we want to help you through some of those tough times … because like so many others in your life, including your mom and dad and teachers, we care about you and we're glad you're here.
